All content within the App — including courses, logos, graphics, text, and community content created by Whip-Lash University — is owned by or licensed to Whip-Lash University and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting in discussions or community features, you grant Whip-Lash University a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App. You remain responsible for all content you post.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
